At Victoria, we’ve always embraced the bistro & brasserie spirit. With our all-day dining concept, Victoria welcomes guests from morning until evening. Located in two of Bangkok’s prime malls, CentralWorld and EmQuartier. Victoria continues to bring the charm of a European bistro to the heart of the city.
At the end of March, Victoria will be launching its new menu, featuring 25+ new items. In this article, we’re giving you a small preview of what’s coming soon.
The Beginning of a Meal: Starters Are a Must for Bistro in Bangkok
One of the new additions to our appetizer selection is the Baby Cos & Shrimp Cocktail. Three baby cos leaves topped with fresh prawn cocktail with fresh dill, chili, & lemon. Light, refreshing, and full of texture.
We’re also introducing two new starters: Clams à la Française and Garlic & Chili Prawns.
The Clams à la Française – served in a beurre blanc sauce with fresh toasted homemade sourdough.
Our Garlic & Chili Prawns take inspiration from Spanish gambas. Pan-seared prawns are paired with garlic confit, homemade paprika-chili oil, and toasted homemade baguette. Just spicy enough to wake up your appetite.
And of course, what would a bistro be without soup?
We’re introducing a timeless item: Cream of Mushroom Soup. Rich and creamy with sautéed mushrooms, and homemade croutons.
Bistro Classics: A New Chapter at Victoria
For the new menu, we’re also introducing a brand new section: Bistro Classics.
This section focuses on the most beloved dishes from traditional French bistros and brasseries.
One new highlight is Classic Roasted Bone Marrow. Buttery roasted marrow is served with Dijon mustard and homemade sourdough toast.
Alongside it, you’ll find some of our signature favorites, including Beef Carpaccio, Escargots, Traditional Onion Soup, Beef Tartare, and our Homemade Parisian Burger.
These dishes represent the heart of bistro cuisine.
Pasta & Risotto: Brasserie Classics, Done Our Way
As a European brasserie, our menu isn’t limited to French cuisine. You’ll find inspiration from across the continent — especially in our pasta and risotto selection.
One of the new additions is Linguine Amatriciana. This classic Italian dish features homemade tomato sauce, pork cheek, and plenty of Pecorino Romano – because when it comes to cheese, more is always better.
For seafood lovers, we’re introducing Seafood Risotto à l’Américaine. Inspired by classic French risotto with white wine, brandy and cayenne. It’s then paired with a seafood mix.
Another addition is our Spicy Prawn Spaghetti. Fresh prawns on top of homemade spaghetti in a spicy bisque sauce, finished with coconut foam. Find out more about our fresh seafood offer here.
Upon Popular Demand: Bistro Favorites Are Back
We’ve been listening to your feedback — and some dishes were simply too loved to stay away.
The Truffle Coquillette is back. Many of you told us you missed the truffled version of our Coquillette Jambon, so our chefs revisited the recipe and made it even better.
Another returning favorite is the Seafood Arrabbiata — linguine with seafood mix in a spicy tomato sauce. A classic dish with a bold kick. You can see a before and after of both dishes below!

And finally, we heard your request loud and clear: you wanted to order the Lobster & Crab Roll all day long.
We’re bringing it back to the main menu, available beyond brunch hours. Which also means… something new might be coming to our brunch menu very soon. In the meantime you can learn more about our brunch offer here.
More Brasserie Updates Coming Soon
And this is only the beginning. We’ve only revealed about half of the new dishes in today’s preview. The rest will remain a surprise until the full menu launches. Our chefs dedicated their signature craftsmanship on this new offer and we can’t wait for you to try it! The next chapter of Victoria, experience Bistro in Bangkok soon.
