Wondering where to find fresh oysters in Bangkok? Victoria is where the city's oyster lovers keep coming back. We serve two of France's most celebrated oyster varieties every single day. Paired with exceptional wine in a brasserie atmosphere that brings a little corner of France to Bangkok.
Our Signature Oysters: Available Every Day
At Victoria, we bring the finest French oysters to Bangkok, served fresh every day.Our menu features two exceptional varieties:
Gillardeau No3: Often called the Rolls-Royce of oysters, Gillardeau are raised on the Atlantic coast of France over four years using a meticulous selection process. The result is a deeply flavoured, firm oyster with a long, complex finish and a signature hazelnut note. If you've never had a Gillardeau, this is the oyster that changes everything.
Fine de Claire No3: Refined in the claire salt marshes of Marennes-Oléron, these oysters develop a delicate, clean brininess with a mild, elegant sweetness. Light, refined, and endlessly approachable — a true French classic.
Both oysters are also featured on our seafood platter, where they sit alongside other premium selections from the sea. Perfect for sharing, a generous starter to your meal with friends or loved ones.
Oysters & Wine Every Evening from 5pm: Fresh Oysters in Bangkok
Every day from 5pm onwards, order a set of Fine de Claire oysters with bubbles or wine at a special discounted price. The perfect pairing for an evening aperitif or a leisurely dinner opening.
Whether you're coming in after work, meeting friends, or simply treating yourself, this is one of the best ways to experience fresh oysters in Bangkok without the occasion needing a special reason. The sunset hour, a glass of something cold, and a plate of Fine de Claire — that's Victoria at its best.
Introducing the French Oyster Fest at Victoria
Due to the overwhelming love for oysters at Victoria, we are taking things further. We are proud to announce our French Oyster Fest. A limited-time celebration of France's finest, in partnership with the renowned Saint Kerber Farm located in Brittany, France.
Three rare and exceptional oysters, imported exclusively for this event:
Muirgen No.3: A prestigious, deeply cupped oyster with exceptional depth of flavour and a rich, creamy texture. Rare outside of specialist French circles.
Sarskaya No. 3: Known for its striking appearance and bold, complex mineral character. A favourite among serious oyster connoisseurs.
Saint Michel No. 3: A classic expression of French terroir, clean and refined with beautiful salinity and sweet aftertaste.
All three come with special wine pairings, curated to complement each variety. From crisp Chardonnay to fine Champagne.
Available from July 1st at our EmQuartier branch — while stocks last.
This is a rare opportunity to taste oysters in Bangkok that most people never encounter outside of France. We expect these to go fast. Reserve your table or come early — the French Oyster Fest won't wait.
