Some of your most-loved dishes from over five years ago are making a comeback on our new brunch menu, reimagined and better than ever. We’re proud to showcase the improvements we’ve made over the years, driven by our belief in constantly evolving and reinventing ourselves to stand the test of time.
The Return of Our Iconic French Toast
It’s back, and it’s glowing, sweet and oh-so-delicious. Our famous French Toast returns with a brand new look. Thick-cut slices of homemade Shokupan are soaked in a rich vanilla-egg custard and pan-fried until golden, crisp-edged, and soft inside. We top it with airy chantilly cream, sweet bananas, and fresh blueberries, then finish with a drizzle of Thai longan honey for a local touch. It’s a cozy and nostalgic brunch bite you didn’t know you missed.

Say Bonjour to Our Croque Madame
We’re also reintroducing our beloved Croque but this time, Madame is stealing the spotlight. Layered with gooey Emmental, Mozzarella, and Grana Padano, all melted over our signature Shokupan and topped with a sunny-side-up egg, this cheesy, crispy delight is the very definition of indulgent French brunch.

A Club Sandwich You’ll Come Back For
Our new Club Sandwich is anything but basic. We serve this classic with our housemade multigrain sourdough. It’s stacked with roasted farmer’s chicken, melted cheddar, fresh tomato and lettuce. We tie the dish together with a tangy housemade mayo and Dijon mustard sauce. Complete with our zesty signature salad, it’s a wholesome, satisfying brunch plate that hits all the right notes.
