Thailand Summer is here, and Bangkok’s temperatures are only getting hotter. Luckily, summer dining in Bangkok becomes a lot more enjoyable with Victoria’s latest menu launch.


From comforting mains and premium grill selections to refreshing drinks and desserts, our new menu was designed for long lunches, relaxed afternoons, and easy dinners shared with friends.


Here’s a fresh look at what’s new this season.


Thailand Summer Dining Bangkok with New Mains & Grill Specials


Victoria’s new menu brings together European brasserie favourites with dishes made for every appetite. 


A new addition to the pasta selection is our Amatriciana Linguine. Homemade tomato sauce tossed with linguine, braised pork cheek, and finished with generous Pecorino Romano. A classic Italian dish that always delivers.


Our grill section welcomes two standout dishes.



The Foie Gras Wellington has become a permanent menu addition after the festive season. A traditional wellington topped with rich foie gras. A luxurious dish that’s perfect for a special lunch or dinner. Meanwhile, the Ribeye Café de Paris offers a premium cut of ribeye finished with our signature iconic butter sauce known for its depth of flavour, herbs, and spice.


Our main courses bring classic French comfort to the table.


The Baked Duck Ragout & Potato Duchesse. A French slow-cooked duck ragout with elegant duchesse potatoes for a dish that feels rich and satisfying.


The Pork Chop, served with homemade Mustard Sauce & Grilled Vegetables balances hearty flavour with a bright mustard finish and seasonal vegetables.


And for lovers of French classics, the Beef Bourguignon is a must-try — slow-braised beef in a rich red wine sauce, cooked until beautifully tender. A melt-in-your mouth dinner experience you won’t easily forget. 



Refreshing Drinks for Summer in Bangkok


No summer dining in Bangkok experience is complete without something cold in hand. Our new drinks selection includes cold pressed juices, homemade iced teas, and refreshing house sodas made to beat the heat.


Try the Jasmine Lush Iced Tea, blending rich jasmine tea with guava, rose, and lime for a fragrant and refreshing sip.


Or choose the Pink Grapefruit Soda, made with Monin pink grapefruit syrup, lime, and soda water for a bright citrus sparkle.


Perfect for brunch, lunch, or cooling down after a day in the city.



Dessert to Finish: Victoria’s Basque Cheesecake


Every meal deserves a sweet ending.


Our pastry team worked a long time on perfecting our latest dessert. The new Basque Cheesecake is made with Madagascar vanilla and topped with a refreshing blueberry compote. Creamy, and balanced with fresh fruit notes, it’s the perfect dessert to share — or keep to yourself.
