Outdoor dining in Bangkok on a French Terrace

Finding good outdoor dining in Bangkok isn't easy. Between the heat, the noise, and the concrete, most terraces don't quite deliver. Victoria's terrace at EmQuartier is a little different.
Shaded, plant-lined, and painted in Victoria's signature blue. Our terrace is designed to feel like a quiet corner of France, right in the middle of the city. The kind of spot where you sit down for one drink and end up staying for two hours.
Happy Hour, Every Day 4–7pm
If you're looking for a reason to visit, this is a good one. Every day between 4 and 7pm, happy hour is on — cold cocktails, chilled sangria, and wine at the right price, during the best light of the day. The terrace catches a breeze in the late afternoon, the golden hour hits just right, and the city slows down a little.
It's become one of the better-known happy hours in the Sukhumvit area, and for good reason.
Outdoor dining Bangkok -- Brunch, Afternoons & Dinner
Mornings on the terrace start with freshly roasted coffee, a light breeze, and Victoria's brunch menu. The kind of breakfast that doesn't rush you. Afternoons bring desserts and quiet conversation. As the evening settles in, the terrace shifts into dinner with warm lighting, good wine, and a setting that works just as well for a date as a long catch-up with friends.
The Refresh
We recently gave the terrace a proper update — new plants, ivy along the fence, fresh paint in Victoria's signature blue, and renewed flowers at the entrance. Nothing dramatic, just a space that now feels exactly as it should: a relaxed French brasserie terrace, done properly.
