From 22 December to 4 January, our limited-time festive menu brings together timeless French traditions, premium ingredients, and celebratory flavours. We’ve thoughtfully crafted this new menu for long & joyful meals shared with loved ones.
Designed to be enjoyed all day, this seasonal offering reflects Victoria’s signature approach: elegant, warm, and unmistakably French-inspired, with just the right celebratory touch.
Festive Highlights: New Seasonal Dishes, perfect for festive dining in Bangkok
Black Angus Beef Wellington
A Christmas-themed classic reimagined with precision and indulgence. Our Black Angus Beef Wellington features tender beef wrapped in mushroom-truffle duxelles. It’s baked to perfection in golden pastry and topped with pan-seared foie gras. The dish is finished with a rich foie gras sauce. Decadent yet balanced, this dish is the centrepiece of festive French dining.
Imobuta Pork Chop with Foie Gras
This seasonal highlight showcases Imobuta pork, prized for its tenderness and delicate bite. Paired with grilled seasonal vegetables, it’s served with a homemade tangy mustard sauce. Rich, comforting, and perfect for winter, this dish brings warmth to the festive table.
Bûche de Noël
